After 2 Pacs death it was obviously down to the West Coast, also Dre seemed like disappeared from the earth. Here and there he had made a few tracks on there but not really value is to talk. Rather, they were inclined to say that his heyday was long past. But then he surprised me on Eminem's Slim Shady and Snoop's No Limit Top Dogg with new tracks produced by him, and some time later, its first single Still Dre running on MTV, and it was clear he is back and still can. The album convinces from start to finish, even if the G-Funk is clearly pushed into the background. Rather, it sounds from a mixture of nuene East Coast Beats with West Coast sound. Top features are also at the start and a grand finale to the Millenium, even if I find better than The Chronic 2001 because it just has strongly influenced me to my early days. But both albums are not comparable because they sound musikalsich greatly. Nevertheless, this album deserves 5 stars because Dre has managed again to hoist the rap to the next level, musically and to reinvent themselves.
