tastes delicious and top with pürrierstab soooo fluffy, hmmm. I mix it water and 150 ml of milk in 150 ml and drink it before going to bed. if I ate too much times a day, towards gluttony, I drink the next day 4 servings and have zero hunger. I can recommend it without hesitation
