What I have not done (but is possibly not on this device, but on my computer), is a direct access to my computer's hard drive as a network server. But then I've just connected to my wireless router, a USB hard drive and since then I can also listen network music when I have previously loaded the USB hard drive from your computer.
Some getting used to the different selection paths for different material to the network server (using the Windows Media Player ribbed / copied CDs as opposed to the music program WaveLab self-generated wave files) which unfortunately either as an album (ripped CDs) or only in file browser (self-generated wave files) are displayed. Why is that, I can not say unfortunately, otherwise I would have already shut down.
The WLAN Android App Marantz to operate the NA6005 is unfortunately very poor on the functionality and does not satisfy me, because there are obviously too few return information from the NA6005 to your smartphone to replace the display of the NA6005 remotely eg. This is the remote control without visual contact to the NA6005 then virtually impossible and pointless, since not all functions are fully displayed on the smartphone.
The Bluetooth connection my Android smartphones worked right away and easily. Also, the USB connection works well and is easy to use. iGeräte I have not made, therefore I have also no experience with their connection. I do not possess even a Spotify account.
The establishment of vTuner went smoothly. Unfortunately, the user interface of vTuner is not just to describe the Internet as comfortably. I have found no way to edit the preset stations from me there or to delete or change as the names of the created folder later. But that is more a problem of vTuner and not from Marantz device itself. The vTuner account was after the initialization of the same on the Internet from Marantz device detected easily and accurately.
Overall, I am quite satisfied because I though after two days testing and configuring can do practically everything I had imagined so. And the price is really quite decent for the offered functionality and sound quality anyway, compared with the two other Marantz network players, which are more expensive but do not even have at least of the functionality that is eg via WLAN, which is also from the data bandwidth forth with me perfect for transmitting uncompressed music formats, such as WAVE files sufficient.
