My 4 year old daughter for 2 years using the "12 pens to draw" Crayola and we are delighted. So I wanted to test these "8 coloring markers" for my 2 year old daughter because pencils are bigger and thicker mine. As always, the Crayola quality does not disappoint.
Nevertheless, I find it is much more difficult to remove and replace the caps these markers (while I thought they were designed for younger children). My daughter does not always succeed alone (as she arrives there without any problem with "12 pens to draw"). Moreover, even if the colors are bright, I find them a little too dark for my taste (black, brown, navy blue, dark green, dark purple, red, orange, yellow). My daughter would have preferred a clear blue (to the sky, for example) and would have liked a rose.
Although I recommend instead the "12 felts to draw" Crayola - Hobby Creative - Felt 12 Colors To Draw Washable Vives, these rods are of excellent quality and very well suited to smaller (except the cap). I have tried many brands of markers but CRAYOLA is by far the best. Although they are a little more expensive to purchase, their "lifetime" is much longer than most other brands.
