I bought the Soundbar to my Panasonic TV and after I finally realized to connect HDMI Out and HDMI out works combining without problems. Before anything was because I was the (erroneous) opinion the HDMI (out) from the TV with an HDMI (in) to connect the soundbar. After correcting all IO, ARC was working.
