Basically I have to say I was very pleased with the product has been recognized by a few months of the stick is no longer of any USB ports. Then I contacted the support service from Corsair. The first guess from the support team was a controller defect (I did not get more information if it so was finally). I had to send the device and after a week I had a replacement in hand.
Since then there were no more problems with the stick and I can use it properly
