I have several flat mini keyboards with Bluetooth and 2.4GHz Tried wireless technology. This provided me with the best mini keyboards like because the keys feel good. The buttons are not so extremely thin, that they act inferior. Many mini keyboards the keys were to thin and sharp, so that the typing happy times at the corners other buttons is stuck. This keyboard is also true that German layout, ie, the umlaut keys are where they belong. At very many mini-keyboards is missing Unfortunately the Insert key (why ??), which here exists but luckily. If the keyboard on Windows is set, the F1-F12 keys directly available and need not coincide with the Fn button can be pressed (so you can connect directly to the window Alt + F4 press and does not need to cramping when you press ALT + Fn + F4). For this, however, the media buttons are no longer available. Who the Media keys (volume, mute, play / stop, etc ...) must require the Keyboard previously briefly switch hotkey on iOS or Android. Here the manufacturer could have time to think about anything. In almost all Windows Notebooks are these media buttons sensibly about the Fn key reached. Gillt same for the numeric block. Although the number block is not Vital, but some applications require him still. With the absence of the numeric block of course lacks the Num Lock key. A Scroll Lock is also looking in vain. Therefore, the keyboard is not able to not serve as a complete replacement of a conventional keyboard.
The coupling with Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and with an Android Tablet functioned smoothly. I also had no noticeable input lag as with another Bluetooth 3.0 keyboard. Sometimes needs needed the Keyboard after a lengthy write-break but 5-10 seconds up again works. This is probably due to the power-saving functions, so that the Keyboard again only has to connect.
My request to the manufacturer would be improved key assignment (possibly with Numeric keypad emulation as with laptops) and another variant with side Touchpad. Especially with mini keyboards with touchpad there is much inferior Scrap.
Conclusion: Anyone looking for a good, cheap Bluetooth keyboard is well served with the MKB-29. By having the insert key and the direct use of the F1-F12 Keys there are hardly any restrictions for everyday life.
