Compared with other brands, this is very much white stuff included, probably fat. And in a can today I fished out a solid black hairy lumps, Pooh. The piece of skin but saw neither by ox yet for poultry, rather bristly boar after .. apart from the ick factor, I find such a thick skin flap also unsuitable to eat if not dangerous because of the risk of choking. Soon we will switch to dry food and soak them in advance.
