I've also bought the DCR-HC62 on Amazon.
I am actually very happy with the camera.
That what bother me but very is the zoom noise.
You hear it, although very quiet but it can be heard up.
After a call to Sony Austria was told it was in such small Kammeras normal.I the Kammera could but send it to "study" in order to check whether it is still in the standard.
Since I have no idea, and I fear that it is still in the "standard" I will send a not the Kammera.
Thus, I will have to live with the zoom noise.
When Two nearest Kammerakauf I'll look more closely at something.
Anyone who wants to create something professional videos should keep his hands off the Kammera.
