Good people, you buy (used) vinyl edition or the first CD edition. Here on the 2000 version of Universal is .... compressed and thus become inaudible with super great 96kHz / 24bit technology the music of Stevie Wonder for Ko. Sounds very much like smiley-EQ (bass and treble just pulled up the middle to stay down, details are lost, heights distorted and tinny, bass simply too dull, the whole "stage" just flat and far away, to the sound of a radio Remembering).
In addition, you can clearly hear band noise at the beginning of the tracks and often click in the recordings (Superwoman). Which tape was pulled because there ??? My goodness, what a waste! Sounds partly like a tape recording.
So, once again: Warning!
And for such a price you can only say: bottomless impudence!
Addendum: After repeated listening noticed that the quality of the recordings from the beginning to the end is getting better and no later than satisfied with That Girl current standard. It seems to be so that was remixed from the original tapes and then was: the older, the worse the condition. In particular, the first four tracks of Superstition and Frontline are severely ill. In addition, then comes to the 5th Title (Superwoman) also a clearly audible volume increase. Very annoying!
Second Addendum: I just read that Front Line was one of four first published on this album songs, so it "old" in the sense of the above argument for the first 4 tracks can not be. So, it just remaster botch ???
Third Addendum: the old version had me worried: in all respects better! Confirmation of all my above statements!
