I had to call at least 5 times the damage service, because nobody there had apparently a plan, which makes the other, so it seemed to me at least. It started when reporting the damage and went on for the whole "repair history" back.
Finally, cost me no reasonable cell phone and many many nerves of the fun fair amount of time.
A star there also that I have now but still get back the value of the unit and the insurance is per se eigendlich quite favorable.
It may be that much went wrong with me and that was just an isolated incident, but I enjoyed this insurance only made trouble and on the basis of which I can not recommend this too.
