I have been to date with Klickies and cage pedals go. For nen visit to the bike park or on Endurotours the shoe is super. Provides a secure grip in all situations, it is fast and the pedal and never slipping feeling. The sole is relatively smooth, yielding almost moss rubbery soft and provides perfect grip on the pins. About the durability I have no experience yet but 3 days bike park left no scuffs. I had the shoes for a few hours until he received properly seated - fits now but good. Walking distances can be done comfortably. The design is like a work boot, but it does not occur so yes to a beauty contest :-)
