Consideration was still a one-way underwater camera to buy or spend a few euros more and to buy a proper underwater digital camera. For normal shots on vacation I used my Casio Exilim.
For pure fun use in water, on the beach, in front of the slide in the pool or the Easypix Aquapix is super.
The images are really good in the sun. The movement recordings have erred.
Only if you move the camera too fast, the pictures are slightly distorted. Also you have to watch the lens after
use in water no larger water droplets has it, otherwise it can occasionally happen that a pictures
have light veil. But both came relatively rare.
The pictures you can but only in the evening or on the PC properly recognize, as the display is set too dark.
The 2 batteries last in my opinion long enough. I for 2 weeks vacation and the last 4 batteries required
are still there. Although I still had a camera for land shots.
Underwater pictures I made only in the pool, but they were, as it was light enough and quite ok.
Since I do not dive or Snorkel, I can not rate this feature in the sea, unfortunately.
Video mode I did not use, since we had a video camera with me.
All in all I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants have no fear when your leave your camera sometimes wet
want to make and document your fun in the water.
I would buy this camera at any time.
