Appearance: The fryer is pretty cool in its aesthetics, but I find dallure quite fragile, the rotor in particular. I imagine quavec too fried in the basket, it could freeze and break, for now touch wood.
Functionality: the programmer that one can see on the machine is none other than just a timer that shuts down the machine at the end of the selected time. No adjustment of temperature or choice type daliment.
Use: I will use that mainly for chips, I must say that this is not bad, but quen general rule, the more you put dhuile or butter, fried over a near final appearance of a true fried. Without ever really get there any time. The result for me nonetheless.
Notice: I'm still quite disappointed given I can adjust the temperature, I think the fryer blows constantly around 160 degrees. To cook in two passes, it is not that easy (normally 160 and 180).
Technical profile: I cook a basket made of three large potato, first pass 20 minutes, fried a bit browned, but still mole and not cooked enough. Then I open the machine, I leave sévacuer steam fries which continues to cook with their thermal inertia for 20 minutes. Then I raise the fryer for 10-15 minutes and the result is not too bad. A well browned fried a bit crunchy. If anyone has better technical as I'm interested.
