The new PUR-single has three songs. All songs are recorded with an orchestra - and thus sound ever unlike most PUR songs. In the following I will now describe to each of the songs are my impressions: -> Hold on (Radio Version) It's a really beautiful love song. What makes it special is the fact that Hartmut Engler not only sings of beauty, but also appeals to the first, small doubt. My favorite line is "believers pray not that I lack the courage. Believe one who tries to only promise what it can hold." But ultimately outweighs the Beautiful course ;-). The best song is meant to dream - be it alone or with a partner. -> Hold on (Long Version) Here irritated the name, the track is only 16 seconds longer than the radio version. And it sounds pretty much like the radio version - I think one of the two would have been enough. -> If you hear this Tango (classic version) This song has to put up with a comparison with the original. And this comparison it needs not to shy away - it just sounds wonderful. It has been retained only the melody of the voice, the accompaniment has been newly orchestrated for the orchestra. Thus, it sounds almost like an own song. Oh yes, a tango orchestra sounds simple with better (at least that's my opinion) On the whole, the single is recommended, as long as you like PUR and / or their musical style. Then you will not even enttäsucht!
