Solid smartphone without Highlights

I use the Moto G now since 2.5 months and did it need to buy a iPhone 4 me as his successor. I needed a phone, but no device found, which would have excited me as my former iPhone. That's why I have my time being the Moto G bought, because it is still relatively small, yet lots of power is in it. In this day and age that's not self-evident that a device under 5 "still has a lot of power.

For the price of just under 150, the Moto G is not bad. I realize that it was not a high-end device in appearance. Here is a brief pro / contra list.

- Familiarization (even as users of Nexus 7)
- Is more often for no apparent reason in the pocket hot
- Battery life
- Processing (back creaks)
- Keyboard sometimes does not appear
- Some incoming SMS messages are displayed twice.

Most negative points can be surely bring the software in combination, but there were just things that I noticed during use. In how far you can fix it yourself, I do not know because for me a smartphone should work out-of-the-box. Compared to iOS Android 4.4.4 I found uncomfortable, because you ... does not have quick access to weather, flashlight, calculator. But what has really pleased me well, is the Google Now voice input for setting of alarm clocks, or retrieval of the weather. But you can not have all (public office) use the voice input without disturbing fellow man.
For battery life I really use the smartphone is not much. Mainly I surf and watch videos on Youtube occasionally. This holds out the Moto G maximum one and a half days.

For current market situation, I would buy Moto G again, even if it is not the perfect phone for me. The basic functions such as calling and texting work very well and the device can be operated smoothly.
