The mixer is awesome. I use it almost every day, for many weeks now, but ... Sealing ring broken: Also with me was after the first 3x mix broken the seal ring. As an engineer, I wanted to know for sure. This is a general production errors! The edge (surface) of the cup, which presses the sealing ring has a small ridge for production reasons. The one feels when one easily moves a finger over the surface. Simply take a small file or sandpaper and make the burr. Then the cup is sealed forever! Best before initial use. As I said, otherwise the best thing I know.
