Once I had to separate myself after a long time of my iPhone 3GS, I wanted to test the androids. Which reminds me, the Samsung Galaxy mini 2 caught my eye. From the first impression I must say: Pros: long battery life (over medium usage - mail, Internet, games, ..) for a smartphone. Many pre-installed, most useful apps (which many superfluous). Toll that rankommt the battery (and if necessary it can replace itself). The additional memory card installed quickly (before loading in Shutdown!). Good touch screen (even if you have to tap a little stronger now and then). The keyboard is great, not so sensitive when entering, hits pretty well. Many menu items for fine adjustment. Reception is very good. Cons: The arrangement of the app's is very confusing (compared to the iPhone) and you can not assign themselves to a place only on the individual pages. Many apps are usually unnecessary and very Google Bound. Unconditional application at the start of Phones with Google (Could it do without). The "app stores" (PlayStore and Samsung) are not very extensive, and the search for specific things is very difficult. The volume button is very sensitive, you do not fit in while typing, hey presto the ringtone is already parked. The camera is a disaster - not suitable for any codes (QR or scan), pictures are so-so, Zoom makes constantly independently.
Overall Impression: A good value for money, suitable for everyday use smartphone. Unless you're so builds on the camera. Annoying for the QR codes, etc. For beginners somewhat difficult, because just too confusing and not just so self-explanatory. The Quick Start Guide is also because AppZapp - bursting with more admonitions against such care one should treat the part.
For the budget conscious and people are not so much "work" very well. Otherwise, if you can spend a little more money and wants, I would rather take back to an iPhone. Android has not convinced me.
