The following has happened:
My location is currently academic reasons abroad and my partner wanted to give flowers on Valentine's Day on Amazon, as they were this big advertised offer titles with "SHIP AT 02.14.2014".
I have the roses ordered on 02.11.2014.
Today on 14/02/2014 at 03:13 clock I get an email, is in the regrets that the article probably can no longer be delivered today, since it has not even shipped.
Cancellation was no longer possible via the order history hour before approximately 1 because of the shipping process is under way.
Frustrated I contacted Amazon for chat. A staff member there I wrote that the cancellation is no longer possible, so nothing new.
In another chat conversation I pointed out that the flowers are addressed to the work of my partner and she is drekt go to work over the weekend to her parents.
After the address of the parents I can not ask, of course, because it will be a surprise. And even if I had to address this could not be changed due to the shipping process times according to the staff member.
Conversely, this now means now that my partner expand on Monday flowers in a desolate condition. An acceptance of the package on Saturday is not possible, because you are not working at their company on Saturday.
I was offered that I get the purchase price refunded, because I'm not willing to pay for a Dienstleistug that was not as advertised ("SHIP AT 14.02.2104").
So far I have the promised refund yet still get mail.
I am very disappointed and highly recommend this service definitely not.
