BCAA Caps Peak, Mega BCAA Tabs of peak or maybe a completely different product?

From the company Peak there are two products whose worth comparing. Namely the BCAA Caps (220 capsules insgesmat 220 grams) and the Mega BCAA Tabs (150 capsules, 300 grams total). Since both products are priced in about the same, the question arises for differences that explained already in the names of the products completely. When reviewed here Product is in capsules and other products from the same manufacturer to (large) tablets. The price difference arises from the fact that drugs in capsule form are generally more expensive than those in tablet form. In the compared products here this difference appears so far obsolete, as the Mega BCAA tabs are described on the tin as a form, which release the active ingredient gradually:

"The Mega BCAA tablets are time released, so about 5-6 hours away, released uniformly. Thus, they are designed for long-term care."

Basically, you go to the medicine of the fact of that capsules release the active ingredient evenly than tablets. Therefore, today, where for example Medikinet capsules while earlier Ritalin tablets were more common in the treatment of AD (H) D. The tablets (Ritalin) give the identical drug (methylphenidate) even only gradually from what is due to the resolution of various layers of the tablet. The capsules (Medikinet) the active ingredient is released, however, evenly. With respect to the differences between the peak to peak capsules tablets and the same can be adopted. However, I do not know how important this area is a particularly uniform delivery of active ingredients. Effects?

After a long break I was for the first time yesterday (Sunday), Friday and Wednesday morning 90 minutes jogging (So every other day). I took, as I earlier did, each in front of protein powder dissolved in milk to me. However, this time I verwendetet first parallel thereto nor the BCAA tablets (not reviewed here the capsules, but the tablets -> In order to avoid misunderstandings here). This I took during the day 2-3 times per one (as recommended). Unlike earlier abrupt start with jogging far I could this time significantly less muscle soreness notice (Feel no pain o. Ä. In the legs and will make my 2-day rhythm continue tomorrow). I attribute this effect to the BCAA-drug.

The way I see it and did some research, protein powder is used for muscle building above all. Ultimately, I'm not sure to what extent the substances of BCAAs are included in principle in protein powders. They are found around the egg white powder of dm's own brand "Healthy Plus". Under the following heading then I will also speak in more detail. In principle, however, assumed with certainty that the body can absorb it slightly cheaper than tablets and capsules. He can move it gradually. Contributing to that capsules and tablets BCAA substances in any case, better to give gradually. In addition, they can better spread throughout the day taken as the protein powder. Protein powder could take distributed course throughout the day. However, this would not make sense without temporal proximity to the muscle strain.

Alternatives

A very effective, if not the best product, in which the BCAA compounds are present, that is "Mammut Formel 90 Protein". The protein of each mammoth 14.6 grams BCAA connections are in 100 gram. The quantity ratios are almost exactly identical to the tablets and capsules. Consequently, a 3000-gram tin of mammoth protein contains 438 grams of BCAAs.

Due to the relative prices it makes sense insofar at least to take up the powder before the BCAA and protein powders are put next to each other. Eben from the financial aspect out.

Conclusion

I'll probably stay with the BCAA tablets or "Mega BCAA Tabs" from Peak. I'm very pleased with their effects and they appear to me for someone useful who really do sports every other day. The use of the described protein powder from mammoth seems sensible in any case for people who exercise every day and doing such. As different muscle groups (every day to charge the same muscles, would generally not make much sense and counterproductive).

In conclusion to note that I am only a layman and not a sports medicine o. Ä.. I frankly do not have a clue about how important it is that the body can absorb the active ingredients gradually. Or if powder would make no difference for rapid absorption. Whether and how the body in which required these BCAAs, it is not clear for me.

So I am not relying only on my subjective assessment, experiences and perceptions. After which I can evaluate at least BCAA Tabs peak as well. Since the same manufacturer acts (peak), no drastic difference between tablets and capsules can be taken on the drug delivery to the body also.
