A high-end French knife (design + production) up to the quality of Japanese knives. The knife is very sharp and well balanced, making it a usable knife for slicing and chopping vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, etc. This allows to limit the number of knives in the kitchen and so save space and time since we have only one knife to clean. This is a very nice gift for people who love to cook. However, its large size makes it not very handy when it comes to meticulously cut, it is therefore not enough on its own to cook. This is not really a knife for simple cooking and "pressed" everyday, but rather for the "fun food" that is more likely to make the weekend or for the arrival of guests. Moreover, its large blade is very sharp, we must be vigilant to prevent accidents (especially with children), and therefore we must find her appropriate place for storage. To summarize, a knife of high quality which is worth its price but we will not have the utility every day. Rather a knife "pleasure" a knife "practice."
