VIP access is an expansion pack rather successful. You will love the many objects and outfits added. The celebrity system is rather successful, not too easy nor too difficult. New business does not really offer interesting opportunities but allow vampires to work at night. Vampires are the real pillar that offers a different and satisfying Game Play. The apartment system has not been pushed to its maximum.
Generally this add-on still improve your game especially if you're a fan of the great festivals with effects of lights and frenzied dance floors. If it is true that the game could have been pushed a little to give a real pleasure to play.
I recommend it, but do not you wait for a revolution!
