A great Abc in knowing and advance in mastering the face of the drawing. The author, determined not to treat subjects cookie cutter, has taken the trouble to develop as clearly as possible the steps. Facial components are addressed one by one: the nose, eyes, ears ... each with thorough advice. With many schemes (where the proportions are highlighted, as well as different angles and lighting), Walter Foster gives thorough explanations while remaining intelligible. It clearly demonstrates his dedication and his respect for the reader: he explains, with as much detail as possible, how to advance in the understanding of shapes and volumes, and this with a constant concern for clarity. The book does not fall into confusion or conversely in ease. It shows a clear content and sophisticated. A result all the more admirable that the book has only thirty pages. This is not the type of book which we give the title "Let's fly." A very good job.
