Use:
1 coffee powder into the dry pot (dosage to taste with me 3 slightly heaped teaspoon for 2 medium cups)
2. Draught cold water to a boil (I avoid pre-heated from the hot water pipe), the boiling water initially then I let cool for a minute
3. Pour hot not boiling water
4. Stir with spoon short (or before pouring peppy, so that everything is mixed well)
5. Place the cover and press sieve approximately 1 cm below the water surface
6. Allow move to their own preferences, for me four minutes
7. Press sieve slowly all the way down
8. Serve (optional wait before half a minute, so that more can be deposited on the ground, which has managed the coffee powder through the sieve).
9. If necessary, fill excess coffee in a heat-insulated vessel
