Season pack is not recognized

Property me the game before one and a half weeks ..... bought in the purchase price of the first act is .... the remaining chapters must be bought, either individually for € 4.49 or a Season pack for € 10.99 .. ... unfortunately there with me a problem, because the game will only recognize partial I bought this, but does not start the other chapters ...... neuinstalationen have not helped, Amazon was also tried to solve the problem but so far I can only play the first chapter .... very annoying despite paid Season pack ....

The game itself ....'m excited .... really good text rpg, events such as the opening chests or the fights are turn based .... and are really represented in super 3d graphics ......... The screenshots do not lie ....
