I have NEVER received this computer delivered by Chronopost ... When I see writing "delivered" on monitoring Chronopost and Amazon, while I'm still waiting for him, anxiety seizes me ... I immediately contacted Chronopost. They then send me a so-called "proof of delivery": a delivery with a signature that is not mine, and a delivery schedule registered with the good incoherent compared to the time specified on monitored parcel Chronopost and Amazon ... We are now eight days after this "misdelivery" and Amazon refuses to reimburse me or send me a new MacBook. SCANDALEUX! Amazon has supposedly ordered an investigation ... Nobody Chronopost contacted me ... so sloppy Survey or simply non-existent? After several reminders from Amazon and Chronopost that the buck, Amazon still refused a refund or new shipment ... I will not stop there ... If we are to go through a lawsuit, I'll bring ... But I will not give up the money while I've never had in my possession this computer ... Too bad ... Loyal customer of Amazon for many, many years, the way they concluded the case is just SCANDALEUSE. Chronopost is very likely involved, and Amazon package arrived much better when it was the Post Office which was responsible for their delivery. But Amazon is responsible UNTIL THE PACKAGE IS NOT IN THE HANDS OF THE RECIPIENT. BIG DIRTY SO ... if your packages are supported by Chronopost ... And know that Amazon can let you down ... And I was deeply shocked and disappointed. I will keep you informed of the events ...
January 20: Following Thanks Facebook! Following my previous publication on Facebook and Amazon, I would point out that Amazon has approached me. (Barely 2 hours after the publication of this message!): "They are deeply sorry" and the man who called me told me they would immediately proceed to refund my computer. I had just posted two letters with all the evidence of my good faith (I had spent the whole night drafting and printing all documents ...). Even before he received these complaints, so they FINALLY acknowledged that the investigation had been botched and that I had not received my computer. I just appear on my bank statement refund. They credited me more my account AMAZON 20 ... I do not know if it really compensates all the hours I lost on this sad affair, while nervousness caused ... and I do not know if I still really want to trust them ... But then, they did.
A small thank you to AMAZON so (and maybe think about change carriers ...) but above all a BIG THANK YOU to Facebook ...
