Rapid charging but unfortunately breaking point at the positive pole

The first charge was carried out in the specified time. Unfortunately broke on one of the batteries when removed from the charging unit even at light drag the pushbutton electrode of the positive pole from the base and remained hanging firmly anchored in the counterpart in the charger. (For loosening was fine tool and Fingespitzengefühl needed!)
The electrode seems tobe anchored only with a small rivet on the base plate and forms so me eventually a breaking point.
In the same building at the other battery I fear that what is important here, sooner or later to cancel. Therefore, I send back the batteries. Too bad, because otherwise I am convinced of the Duracell quality. It is possible that it was a one-time processing errors ...

Unpleasant side effect of the refund:
There were with the batteries ordered several items with a total value of approximately 67,00 Euro. Here, a 10.00 Amazon gift card was redeemed (credited for orders over 50,00). After returning the batteries immediately carried out a notification of the credit, however, here is a portion of the voucher was retained (about 2.00). This is incomprehensible for me because the entire order would - still above the 50-euro mark - even without the two batteries. Thus would mE the voucher must retain its full validity.
