I chose this machine to the format of his bread (rectangle), and because it seemed easy to procure spare parts if necessary. I currently tested classic semolina bread and brioche (with use of seeds / dried fruit dispenser). I am pleased so far this product and I understand why it is more expensive than the one I had before:
- It is easy to use (as all bread makers, I suppose)
- Kneading is more efficient than my old machine
- The bread rises better than my old machine, it is much more mellow
- Kneading is much quieter and the "beeps"
- The bread comes out much more easily, and almost no trouble abyss bread
- Bread is not square and rectangle (the slices are less high, and easier to cut).
A few caveats though:
- The walls of the machine are much less isolated than my old machine (they are very hot during the housing). In addition, the machine, even running, opens easily ... caution with children.
- The cover glass, seems fragile ... to confirm to use.
- The keys are extremely sensitive. My children, wanting to help me, have turned on the machine inadvertently placing his hand lightly on the cover.
