This premium version of the program is obtained 6,000 loops plus access to a further 1,000 sound files via download. In addition, even the software Magix Music Studio 2015 is, with which you can pick up and arrange for example real instruments.
Incorporation in the program does not take place overnight. While there is an Easy Mode, which reduces the functionality to the essentials, but still need a few days or weeks to capture the full range of the sequencer, the learning curve quickly rises through the intuitive operation of the program. When things have to happen quickly and without a lot of their own doing, then you can can be produced also from the loops randomly songs. That is in itself quite nice, if you just need time background music for a video.
Advanced users can even download additional virtual instruments via the VST interface and it is also possible the sounds einzuspielen via an external MIDI keyboard. Who has not something, which takes place as a keyboard conveniently as a virtual version of the program scope.
I have tried the program on Win7 and a 2 GHz machine with 8 GB of memory.
This worked well until very good, but the more extensive the project is, the more likely it was to crash and sometimes freeze the program. I got it halfway into the handle when I stop all unnecessary processes on the computer and basically started working before working with the Magix Music Maker with a freshly booted-system. This minimized the loss very much, but I could not turn off completely the crashes. It made sense to me, therefore, save the projects regularly and at short intervals.
That being said, I find the Magix Music Maker 15 but very well done. The program is much more than a toy, but it's especially through the intuitive control and the many ways a lot of fun to create their own sounds and songs.
