No Operating System = DVD drive is available
With OS = no DVD drive is available; Retrofitting possible
The laptop is not a Formula 1 race car - well suited but for typing, internet access and movies. For the price of 199, - I paid, a real blast.
I recommend, however, there are two slots available, the unit for more 4GB upgrade to 8GB RAM.
Costs for a 4GB memory module about 38, -
The play of an operating system is, however, not for the layman, since a couple of settings in the BIOS are required and drivers must be loaded manually partially. How it works: Just looking at youtube with the type designation.
If the operating system is on it, should you look at the tools of the Lenovo page: Download "Lenovo Solution Center" and "System Update Search".
Otherwise, I would recommend this device without restriction ... it is already my 5th Lenovo / Thinkpad laptop.
