It seems rather strange when a Rita Hayworth is the glittering evening dress on stage and ukulele or violin, not as charming decoration but very virtuoso. Or how about an accordion-playing Audrey Hepburn? Both, together with a glockenspiel-serving Marilyn Monroe can be admired when the Puppini Sisters go on tour with her Puppini Mini Philharmonic Orchestra and woman / man need to replace six of space and cost reasons a whole orchestra. And yet it is a beautiful picture of what the three ladies fabricate as responsible. They are big fans of the music of the golden swing era and generally seen as the new Andrew Sisters, and yet their music is only the superficial listening authentic. With subversive English humor is here played with the elements of swing. This happens in 2011, although not quite so against the grain as in 2006, were covered as 80s hits with extra patina and was highlighted in PANIC by The Smiths itself a Hang the DJ with a melting SCHWAPSDIDUDEL; entertaining and humorous, they are nevertheless still. Perfect vocal harmonies, homely big-band sound and the classics from the ol 'Hollywood Videos - ready is a wonderful and at all winking but also technically perfect album.
