Had previously a TZ25. Everything was perfect. Super photos. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of dust in the lens, as written here many times. From the EX-ZR 700 I hoped the same quality, but without the dust problem of Panasonic. I grabbed the camera and took a few test shots. Immediately a lot to me to be very disruptive to that the display is completely out of focus when using the zoom. If I for example from a long distance a church clock will zoom in closer, then do not you recognize this during zooming, as completely out of focus. You have to stop briefly and wait again until the Kamrea has focused. Then you can aim for the goal again and further back in "blind". This had no other camera. Partial objects are simply not well focused. The camera explores the sharpness in which they sharply times times is blurred. If you trigger at the right moment, you're in luck. In video, this is very annoying, if the picture is out of focus from time to time. Continuous shooting, even with only 5 / sec are useless. When swung eg slowly (!) On a text over, you can not read the text. That reminds me also brings the long battery life anything if I can do without reloading countless bad pictures. Too bad. Will possibly SX 280 (despite a very short battery life) test times. SX 260 I had before, but the 24p video is simply unusable because bucking visible. TZ 25 without dust would have been perfect, but the perfect camera to it retracts probably not give ....
