Device itself:
The Windoro is 2-piece with a control unit and a cleaning unit, which are held together through Permanentmagenten. Since there are different glass thicknesses, there are 2 versions of the one hand and on the other hand Windoros can / must be set the magnet.
Private:
As such, the use is simple. Both sides attach slightly away from the edge and click Start. If in doubt, you can advance to perform another initialization of horizontal / vertical sensors.
Thus the Windoro works that Permanentmageneten must function. And so we're on the issue ...
The Windoro refuses to work, provided that the permanent magnets are not properly adjusted. There are the wheel in the middle.
Our test glass pane has the right thickness and Windoro has at the beginning and work. Now for a new charging process but the device only shows that the magnets are set incorrectly (if too strong or too weak, it is not clear!) And can not be started (NB .: not entirely accurate, since the manual mode by remote condition still work. However, this is not brauchtbar) for a cleaning.
Update 31.07.2014: Using Skype we got explained how the magnetic reset occurs. This was unfortunately not so clear from the manual.
Long-term experience / cost:
no statement possible. Currently broken ... (Update 31.07.2014: working again). We are in the test
For dealers:
Initially, the product came with two missing pieces. These were quickly replenished by the merchant. Since we are a company, we have also requires a VAT-free invoice, because intra-Community supply. After a bit of back and forth they came also, so that there is no deduction.
Meanwhile, the issue has been resolved with the magnets also via Skype.
Conclusion:
- Only parts were missing. Were resupplied. OK
- Then there was because of a bill back and forth (including price increase hu..?). Finally we got the correct bill. OK
- Good help from the dealer for the magnets. OK
=> 4 points, as the unit is currently working as it should. Now is cleaned first and we can clean :)
