Clear is not a snotty Marius how "with peppermint ..." knows him as well as this style does have its charm. I would even argue that Westlife is singing on this album at his peak. The higher and softer vocals fits well to what has been referred to in some negative reviews as "big band sound". Nevertheless, you can hear the bass lines still the blues roots through and the whole thing still does not sound too corny.
Above all, I think this album lyrically very strong, which still emphasizes the soulful style of singing.
Only "I usually go in red" I do not like, but that's quickly skipped.
