I want to send the advance I read this book in the eleventh in the English course and it was frankly too easy to understand purely from the linguistic embellishment. Still, I was interested by the excerpt from the English book so it I have it swallowed up formally. I found it very strange that there were so many rules for everything and there was little privacy there. The development of Jonas was well described in my opinion, and this is quite exciting though was the end for me many questions unanswered. There is for example the question of what happened to the Community after the memories returned and whether they did it at all in its fullness. But I found the message of the book generally great that someone actually be satisfied even perfect life (he knew at first nothing else) gives up to the people to show the truth. He has rescued Gabriel shows that he opposes everything his upbringing and his environment in the daily lived out by saving the weak and not "excluded" such as in the community walk and add war.- All in all I think that, that book for the 8th or 9th class would be suitable, at least in Germany, really you should at that age already understand the meaning behind it and can also linguistically understand.
