I received all the brush scratched, it is not new and has already the serve and be returned. It bothers me because for a brush 15 I have wanted to receive it in perfect condition. There is no way to contact the seller once it is delivered ...
Otherwise the brush itself is really great, my hair is soft and shiny. She unravels perfectly. For wet hair against fear I will have to pull them and damaging them, I suggest rather than dry hair. This is the most effective brush that I never had. I recommend!
