After long research and many tests, I finally found THE recipe and taste THE waffles as to the party.
Here it is:
Ingredients:
- 225 g flour
- 1 teaspoon and a half of dry yeast, better with real yeast
- 1 good teaspoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg (yes, ONE egg!) THIS IS THE SECRET OF LIGHT WAFFLES
- 400 ml of milk + 100 ml of water (this water which makes them crisp wafers)
- 70 g butter, melted and cooled
- (Vanilla sugar or another flavor if you like)
Take 3 tablespoons flour, mix with baker's yeast and sugar, add warm milk (taken from the original amount) into a fairly liquid batter. Let stand 20 minutes near a heat source.
Meanwhile, beat the egg well, add the milk, then flour and salt. Beat until a smooth paste. Add the butter.
Mix the two preparations DOUGH IS LIQUID This NORMAL, have yet to rise for 40 minutes.
Waffle on soft and position 2 for color
