Why this product is to be also suitable for an iPhone or an iPad Mini 6+, to my understanding, withdraws. Because it is on the one hand the support is very small, and on the other hand, the rear part too short. Because of the high dead weight of equipment bending moments would act on the power socket by side so fluctuations, which would sooner or later probably cause damage.
I had intended it for my iPhone 6+ and even the iPad Mini, and may therefore not need.
Here my usual keyword assessment:
++ Noble material
++ Very clean processed (burrs)
++ Very smooth and precise screw holes
++ "Construction" guide
++ Cable adapter for different plug lengths relative to the Case / Bumper / etc.
+ Cable routing in the ground
- No strain relief for the cable in the transition Vertical / Horizontal
- No relief for the plug
- Unpacking is only possible with irreparable damage to the outer packaging
Total'm so ambivalent. Good workmanship, haptics and documentation are facing a bad packaging and unsuitability regarding the usability of iPhone and iPad Mini 6+.
This should be changed in the item description again (on the packaging and in the manual booklet is namely not the iPhone 6).
As a small anecdote, I note yet that my status would have had to be claimed, because the bottom of the rear holder had a different angle than the front eh ...
I have fair, not included in my review - something like this can happen, and at low-price articles, I do not expect perfect quality control.
Too bad.
