I use the headphones as joggers (about 3 times a week, each running 10-20 km) and cyclists (weekdays about 20 km).
The CX 380 I like that because:
- Decent sound
- Good design
- 1.2m long cable + clip for attaching to clothes (I'm 1.96 m tall - the cable is long enough, even if you kept the MP3 player in the back pocket)
- Various sizes of ear sets.
- Abknickschutz for cable on the plug
- Storage bag made of latex (?)
The CX I find not so good because:
- In spite of the three sizes of ear adapters that plugs with me not really stuck in the ear
- The cable easy to stow in the storage bag "verhuddeln"
- A small volume control on "throat height" is missing (ideal setting with clip for attachment to clothes)
- Until closer inspection of handset I "left / right" discovered the label. Honestly, I did not out of the box, which is part of the ear plugs in which (the articulated design of Höhrer makes the decision here is not necessarily easier). In the Gebauchsanleitung there is no indication.
- The blister package can really only be opened with a bold scissors

The CX 380 is a pretty decent headphones. Due to the relatively high price but I had expected an even better sound. About the Equalizer Settings on MP3 players but I have now found my "wish-sound". The sound is significantly better than cheaper products.
The supplied bracket acts as a strain relief on the cable so that the earplugs usually remain in the ear. Occasionally, nevertheless sometimes jumbled this with me but from the ears. The problem I have but also with other models (the best fit were quite cheap ear-phones with a lamellar surface) Perhaps you have but just press the things even more in the ear canal or my ear anatomy is rather atypical.
The sound transmission through the cable described by some Rezententen are there, but this is according to my experience so far rather theoretical. If you klopt his fingers on the cable, there is the transfer of the knocking noises in his ear. But I have not had any bad experiences with noise transmission due to "scouring the cable to the clothes" during sports. The described "wind noise" are m. E. not interfere and only occur in high winds as with all other "plug headphones" on.
The headset has operated well with my sports activities, so I can really recommend this also. Why the product is but explicitly advertised as sports headphones, has to me not quite developed. OK, the ear sets can be removed and washed out. Even the Höhrer is probably water- and sweat-resistant.

All in all: good product without significant weaknesses. Priced perhaps a tad too high. I am pleased to have these headphones!
