A bad product is a product that can be used but is not optimized. This rug is not even bad. It is unusable. I had ordered with a razer naga, and it does not work the moitiée time when it's over. (immobilization of the cursor on the screen) I thought it was perhaps the naga which was a problem . so I tested the naga on my table (wooden). It operates. I thought that maybe there was an inconsistency between this particular mouse and mat. so I resumed my previous mouse. (Razer death adder) Idem. Perhaps a razer-steelseries incompatibility ??? so I dug up my old mice that had it been supplied with the computer. (A Logitech, it seems, finally a low-end mice). Walk-not more. That said, my 3 mice are only optical and laser mice, so maybe it would work for a carpet ball mouse ...
I'll maybe try to put a layer of paint over it, to see what happens if the mouse begins to function, because at that price, it's pretty embarrassing to have to réacheter another carpet.
Otherwise slips level is not huge either. My table in varnished wood lot better glide.
