Normally I get for my wood stove wood at the hardware store. Because this time I was too lazy, I tried it online. The wood from the hardware store is for me as a "reference".
Price: 14 euros including delivery of this product to about 15 euros for pick up at the hardware store are ever a good start.
Humidity: 15 - 20% of my delivery versus 10-15% in my hardware store are not as good.
Mold: three pieces of wood delivered have moldy mildew to zero at the hardware store goods are also not good.
Usability: here I have to say that my wood stove certainly one of the smaller. Nevertheless I had with wood from the hardware store actually never had problems with the size. In the delivered wood is unfortunately sooooo different. In length to the wooden pieces would indeed fit in, never in scope. There were only three useful pieces in the delivery, the rest at least zweimal- often times too wide. For my case, absolutely not ofenfertig but rather useless.
Since I did not begin to really hit the wood by hand ofenfertig also, I have now given away. For me, the wood from the construction market is the clear winner.
