I bought this camera for snorkeling at Media Markt for my vacation. At home I have then shot some pictures and made a little video for testing. Video was quite ok, but the picture quality is lousy. The images are heavily pixelated and the zoom you can completely forget the images. At a test for leaks in the water, I then dispensed equal. Give it back. I just made otherwise shrewd meanwhile and have an alternative shell (same price) for my Canon Ixus 75 found. I would not recommend it.
