The product sold by amazon is not Samsung brand but a brand of imitation "anymode" sold in a simple plastic bag. I contacted customer service and the person told me that she passed the information. I pointed out to him that the reviews indicating this problem date back more than two months and nothing has been done to correct it. I do not recommend so for now the purchase of this item until Amazon makes it necessary, if they do ....
