Looking for further increase opportunities I came first to the Shure SE 530. Among those there are some enthusiastic comments, but I can not understand completely. Although they fit a little better than the Ultimate Ears, but also that I got rapidly dense and could never find any significant problems with fit and comfort. The sound of Shure's remains but significantly behind the UEs. In the heights you will quickly annoying. Although she wears well, I have gladly taken back after a short time, the sound was just me uncomfortable. Also at the bottom of the Frequenzspektums Shure's were clearly weaker, the super.fi 5 per bring as more levels, more details, more musical enjoyment.
So, and now I finally get to the 10 per triple.fi:
The actually bring even an increase compared to my "little" UEs! A little more in the heights, a little further on down in the bass range, overall you can still hear an idea more music. As before with the super.fis I sit there for hours and enjoy, again a touch more of everything than before.
Whether that's worth the extra money? Uff - I find myself a bit as a spinner, the outputs of such toys a lot of money that could be used even more meaningful. But the triple.fis are just already a damn fine toy!
Interestingly, for my taste, the sound with the foam ear cushion is clearly better than those made of silicone. Apparently let escape a small proportion of bass pulses with silicone plugs me the bass range is a little too plump. Also in the heights damps the foam slightly off, with silicone, the sound is also sometime annoying for me, though much, much later than the Shure. I think it even makes a tonal difference whether I put the dry foam in the ears, or anfeuchte him easily.
