Stylish phone ... quality well ...

Like many others I have also bought this phone just because of the great designs. I use it very little. The voice quality is fine. The keypad and the LCD display, I personally find for this price range in no way appropriate. Now, after two years of use, now dissolves in me the black paint of the Hörmuschelabdeckung (I call really rare it!)
Case of direct contact with AEG is a help in any way, but receives only a standard e-mail with the reference to the seller.
I find this approach impossible, because I not the only one with this problem am.
My conclusion: Chic Phone and decoration! Service and operation rather poor
