"Philips Lumea Comfort is not suitable for everyone. Read
the following sections carefully before use.
Do not use the device in the following cases:

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

In eczema, psoriasis, lesions, open wounds or acute infections in the treatment area.

If you suffer from collagen disorders, including the formation of keloids or poor wound healing.

If you suffer from light sensitivity or are taking medications that increase sensitivity to light. Among the known drugs with this effect include nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs
(For example, aspirin, ibuprofen, paracetamol), tetracyclines,
Phenothiazines, thiazide diuretics, sulfonylureas,
Sulfonamides, DTIC, fluorouracil, vinblastine and griseofulvin.

If you were treated currently or recently with alpha-hydroxy carboxylic acid (Alpha-Hydroxy Acids, AHAs), beta hydroxy (Beta-Hydroxy Acids, BHA), Retin-A, Accutane (Isotretinoin), locally applied retinoids, azelaic acid or steroids.

In case of skin diseases caused by diabetes or other systemic or metabolic disease.

If you suffer from herpes in the treatment area, unless you have consulted a doctor and get a preventive treatment.

If you suffer from a disease that causes photosensitivity, such as porphyria, polymorphic light eruption, lupus, solar urticaria etc.

If you are an epileptic / in with flashlight sensitivity.

If you ever had skin cancer or potential malignancies to be treated skin areas.

If a radiation therapy or chemotherapy received in the last three months.

If you have an implant in the treatment sections, such as a pacemaker or an insulin pump.

Use the unit on nipples, nipples courtyards, inner labia, vagina, anus and in the nose and ears.

In men, the device must not be used on the scrotum or in the face.
