Very interesting book that led me to reading about the "martial" arts aspects proposed at a time when we are seeking relaxation and peace. It reminded us of the history, the ins, the vigilance points and also to see what is practical limitations that can find. In my opinion there is not only with the tai chi that applies, and this book reminded us although all learning is to determine the boundaries and find the way to overcome them.
