Geographical layout:

The three buttons are dual-purpose, which explains their dual name.

[Power / Video]: is the button at 2 o'clock
[Photo / IR]: is the button at 10am
[Dictaphone / Motion Detection (Mf)]: is located at 8 button
The camera is at 6 o'clock
The light is at 12 am
The plug for the Jack / USB cable is at 9am
(Warning for Jack, it's a mini Jack, thinner than a standard jack so put a label on the cable to avoid confusing it with that of another watch.)
The microphone is at 4 o'clock, a good place not to be seen.
The hand setting is 3 hours. If you use the possibility of a decision in its total outright removing the micro cap, you better stop the second hand.

The watch comes with two plugs for the microphone.
* The completely closed cap does not allow the sound but the watch is waterproof.
* The cap with the small hole allows the sound recording. (Enough for a conversation and filters out the noise)
* You can also choose to completely remove the cap. (The sound is now complete but the watch is no longer waterproof and dust can get inside)

1) Switch the watch on and off:
ON: Briefly press the [Power / Video] the red light comes on and then wait 12 seconds for the system boots.
If you press any buttons before the initialization time, this will not help.
However once that time has passed, all controls are immediately operational.
OFF: Long press the same button, the red light flashes and goes out shows

2) Video recording:
Turn the watch
A quick hit on the [Power / Video] starts recording and the red light goes out.
A long press on this key stops recording, the red light flashes one time and returns to the standby state.

3) Taking picture:
Turn the watch
A short press on the button [Photo / IR], the picture is taken. The watch remains in photo taking standby state and the indicator is blue.

4) LED Infrared:
Turn on infrared LED by making a long press on the [Photo / IR] the indicator flashes three times red and blue.
You can film or photograph in the dark. Their range varies according to the reflection coefficient of the filmed material. Experiment is bluffing. The shots will be black and white.
Stop LED infrared by making a long press of the same button.
Controlling on / off of the infrared LED is independent of the other modes.

5) Dictaphone:
Briefly press [Dictaphone / Ddm] starts recording.
Long press [Power / Video] larrête.

6) Motion Detection:
A long press on [Dictaphone / Ddm] up the clock in this mode, the indicator flashes red and blue 2 times and goes out.
If the watch does not see anything moving within one minute, it stops recording and goes to sleep.
If she sees something moving, it starts a new recording.
You can also pair this mode to infrared.

7) Webcam:
just turn the clock before connecting it to the USB port and the watch is then detected as a webcam.
(But better is an infrared camera ...)

8) USB connection:
Make sure the watch is turned off before connecting it if you want it to be recognized as a storage memory. (It may take ten seconds of material)

9) Synchronizing Date and Time Tags:
Create a time.txt file on the root directory of the watch with the following information:
(Without the quotes but with the small space of the end)
"2013-09-19 6:27:00 p.m."
The watch will update when you start your computer unplugged and then put a few seconds.

10) Reset:
If you need to reset the clock, press simultaneously on the [Power / Video] and [Photo / IR]

11) Refill:
A recharge takes about an hour and gives you more than one hour of talk time continuous video recording.

My notes:
- For USB connection, monitor the watch is OFF otherwise it starts webcam mode.
- When you disconnect the USB, the watch scans his memory three seconds, flashes red then turns off.
- The shot is brighter than the same type of devices that do not offer infrared.
This is probably due to the cell's sensitivity and that's fine.
- To connect the watch to the PC it is recommended to plug the jack into the watch and only after the USB port.
- To unplug disconnect the PC in software and disconnect the USB and then remove the jack.
- Take the habit of storing your plugs in the small plastic bag, it will prevent you from losing them on the ground.
- It is possible to chain commands without switching off the clock. For example take snapshots and quickly on to a video.
- The best results are achieved by allowing the watch asked in videos.
