To ensure the quality no attention was paid to weight reduction here. Image quality and processing top-notch. Because weight can it hold the camcorder very quiet.

Overall, definitely highly recommended and considerably cheaper than an original, in my case from Canon.

The thread is made so precisely that you must be careful when top screws in order not to mess up the thread of your camcorder lens.
