The central element of the game, the "chopping" fans the feel and proves in the game again and again to be useful. However, I must also say that the watchdog is also without this capability (except for certain sections) playable, utter the "hacking" is not, for example, in the frequent shootouts imperative. Some well-aimed shots are usually sufficient to defeat the enemy.
But that it is possible to defeat the opponent in a somewhat different manner, for example by blowing up fuse boxes, in my opinion is a good change, because it also brings a spark of tactics into play (as if you moves via smartphone from camera to camera, to observe the enemy and their running paths). Then you can also slowly move (if you want that).
Chicago, so the game world is quite large and freely explorable. Side missions also serve as a change, however, have this (as well as the mini-games) me personally less motivated than the main plot, because they often repeat (eg prevent a crime). After some time I lost the desire for it.
By and large, it runs well on my PC to date me even 1 bug noticed (hanging in the air object) who has the game experience but not destroyed.
My PC:
Medion X7827 Erazer
Intel Core i7 4700MQ
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780m
Conclusion:
Even if the "hacking" a lesser role than I had imagined, watchdogs has nevertheless left a positive impression on me. Optical (graphically) it's nice, but it was at E3 but a little more beautiful than now.
The action as the characters have also fallen to me.
But despite all I have to say that it is a normal action game is "only", which is broken up by the "hacking". As a "world first" I can not call the game therefore. 50 or 60 euros I personally find a bit high (if only when I think of the "Season Pass" and the DLCs), but for a slightly lower price I would recommend it.
